Went out yesterday to watch Sky of Love with her. It was a Cathay exclusive movie, watched it at Causeway Point. It’s a sad love story from Japan, and as usual, you put two very close lovers together and one of them gets any fatal illness, throw in a couple of actors who can cry alot and there you have it, a sure-win combination for making sad love stories. But I do enjoy the twist in the story though, where the two lovers were schooling, which shows that young teenagers, be it a gentleman or a hooligan, can have steady, long-lasting relationships just like adults do. Maybe we are just too modernized, where teenagers tend to mature faster, but perhaps that doesn’t happen all the time. Another interesting twist is the introduction of another guy, a very nice guy I think, which does remind me of past memories. Two thumbs up for the movie overall. As expected, people left the cinema with red and swollen eyes. I didn’t cried, so did she haha, but it moved me a little at the end. It’s movies like these that I should watch more often to get in touch with my feelings, or else sooner or later I will be turning into a zombie. With more and more work stacking up and the pressure of the upcoming ‘O’ levels, I really hope I could survive. Randomly, I love coffee bean
I do. Truly, maybe not madly, but definitely deeply~
