Good Friday.

O yea! It’s Good Friday, which spells no work or school for most of us using the computer right now. Happy Good Friday people, lol. Anyone out there watch the programme called ‘Bizzare Foods’ on channel 16 Discovery Travel and Living before? It’s one freaky show, and I got a taste on how being the host of the show is like yesterday night. Well, at first, it was a normal dinner, where normal humans eat their normal staple food. The last dish came steaming hot on the table, which appears to be some kinda triangle shape white jelly to me. I was then told that the dish is called ‘Shark’s head’, and it is really a shark’s head, except I was staring at it the whole time trying to figure out which shark species had a triangular head. Anyway, I was given a pretty big serving of what appears to be (TAKE BIG NOTE OF THIS WORD) ‘FATS’. I took a bite of this funky cross breed of jelly and soya beancurd with the taste of sea cucumber. Man I was at a lost of words. Can anyone out there tell me what is the structure of shark’s head if you have eaten it before, I mean, someone please please enlighten me. That’s one experience which will be difficult to forget, every part of it. Just a little advice from me to people out there, when you see the dish called ‘Sharks Head’ in any menu of a restaurant, order it out of curiosity at your own risk, and if you do, I will be glad to hear your part of the experience 🙂
